Infills
50% of lashes must be left for you appointment to be charged at an infill price. You must also consider if you are booked in for an infill there may not be enough time to get your lashes looking as full therefore it may mean you will need to reschedule to a full set .

Cancelations
Cancelations within 24 hours of an appointment will require 50% of the total booking fee. I understand that some things are out of our control and in certain circumstances I understand things aren’t always preventable however please communicate as soon as possible to prevent cancelation charges.

Swapping Appointments
Appointments cannot be swapped or changed once booked, so please choose your date carefully. We understand that plans can change, but ensure a smooth scheduling process for everyone, we encourage you to double-check your availability before finalising your appointment.

Lash Appointments
Please ensure you come to your appointment wearing no eye-makeup.

Lateness
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in the need to re-book your session, as we want to ensure that everyone receives the full attention and service they deserve.

Payments
Payments can be made with cash or card machine. All payments must be completed before you leave the cabin after your treatment.

Deposits
Any deposits made are non-refundable – this includes course deposits. Cancelations within 24 hours of your appointment the deposit will be lost, however with notice they can be transferred to a new date. Changing course dates requires at least 3 weeks’ notice and will depend on availability.

No children
There is a strict no-children policy in the training cabin. This decision has been made to ensure a focused and distraction-free environment for all participants. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining this policy, as it allows everyone to fully engage and benefit from the training experience. Thank you for your support!

Infilling other's work
At KK Beauty, we prioritize the integrity of our craft and the satisfaction of our clients. Therefore, we do not infill or work on lash extensions done by other technicians. We believe that each artist their unique approach and style, and we want to ensure that you receive best possible service tailored to your needs.
